Il presidente proviene da esperienza del mondo del turismo. Il vicepresidente dall’ambito finanziario. Il consigliere delegato dal settore hospitality. È aperta a partecipazioni di investitori esterni. È nata dall’ambizione di creare un team eterogeneo con competenze diverse con il fine di sviluppare progetti integrati nel territorio che favoriscano sistemi sostenibili, reti di filiera ed economia circolare.
